Cindy Seel, Owner & CEO
Cindy launched Insurance Marketing Hub (IMH) in 2017 after recognizing a major gap in the lead generation space. As the industry shifted toward cost-per-lead (CPL) models—touting features like data modeling, performance analysis, A/B testing, and budget predictability—it left behind what many marketers valued most: transparency, creative freedom, and geographic flexibility.
Cindy set out to change that.
Cindy assembled a team with decades of combined experience in lead generation to build something smarter: a flexible, consultative model tailored to life, health, and wealth-focused businesses.
Now IMH delivers transparent, performance-driven CPM programs that give clients full control over geography, creative, and cost. With a calculated cost-per-lead and data-backed strategies, clients now have the tools to scale as aggressively—or as steadily—as they choose.
Outside of work, Cindy recharges with family, hiking, lifting weights, great food, and personal challenges—like summiting Mount Kilimanjaro for her 60th birthday.
Michael Smith, COO & CTO
Michael is our version of the wizard behind the curtain—quietly powering the systems, processes, and innovations that keep everything running smoothly and scaling smartly. With a rare blend of operational insight and technical expertise, he plays a central role in ensuring IMH runs as efficiently behind the scenes as it performs on the front lines.
As COO and CTO, Michael is the architect behind the data models, automation frameworks, and performance tracking systems that drive our lead generation programs. He’s constantly refining our infrastructure to support faster delivery, better accuracy, and more actionable insights—while proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks before they can slow us down.
Michael is always working to make our systems smarter, faster, and more future proof. His leadership ensures that our clients don’t just get results—they get consistency, scalability, and a competitive edge. When he’s not optimizing something, he’s likely enjoying life at home with his two very cute (but very mischievous) cats—Mr. Meowgi and Ham.
Ashley Korpi, CMO
Ashley entered the lead generation space over a decade ago while consulting for a local commercial printer tasked with producing leads for one of their clients. What started as a one-off project quickly turned into a game changer: the small “task force” she supported began outperforming the rest of the company in sales and volume. Ashley helped them spin off, rebrand, and package their offerings—and she’s been busy building businesses ever since.
With a passion for startups and a knack for turning creative chaos into profitable, scalable programs, Ashley thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
At Insurance Marketing Hub, Ashley is leading the charge in building and growing the company’s digital business—the latest addition to IMH’s offerings. From paid media campaigns and landing page design to CRM integrations and funnel optimization, Ashley is creating a cutting-edge growth platform that enhances and expands upon IMH’s established direct mail strengths.
She lives on the coast of Maine, where she explores the woods and waters with her husband and daughter. She’s also an active member of the Harpswell Lobster Boat Races committee and loves playing on her local volleyball team—bump, set, spike!
